Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 21, 2026
AuraSync LLC is deeply committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users. This Privacy Policy is drafted in strict, comprehensive adherence to the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA), effective January 15, 2025.
1. Data Collection and Processing Scope
We strictly limit the collection of personal data to what is adequate, relevant, and reasonably necessary for the operation of our Platform. This includes: Identifiers (full name, email address, IP address, device identifiers), Financial Data (payment routing information tokenized via Stripe), Audio Data (media files uploaded for hosting and analysis), and Behavioral Data (listening duration, app interactions, device metadata).
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed for: facilitating secure user authentication and maintaining platform integrity, processing financial transactions and executing creator payouts, and executing targeted advertising and AI modeling subject to the explicit consent parameters defined below.
3. AI and Machine Learning Consent
In strict accordance with the NJDPA, AuraSync will not process a consumer's or creator's personal data to train proprietary AI or machine learning systems without securing prior, affirmative opt-in consent. Audio data processed for dynamic ad insertion is analyzed momentarily at the network edge and permanently discarded; it is not retained for aggregate AI training purposes without explicit, documented permission.
4. Consumer Rights under the NJDPA
New Jersey residents possess the following statutory rights: confirm whether AuraSync is processing their data, access, correct, or delete their personal data, obtain a portable machine-readable copy, and opt-out of processing for targeted advertising, data sales, or profiling.
5. Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms (UOOM)
AuraSync respects and honors recognized Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). Our Platform allows users to automatically broadcast their preference to opt out of targeted advertising and data sales without navigating disruptive screens or deceptive dark patterns.
6. Data Protection Assessments
As required by the NJDPA, AuraSync routinely conducts comprehensive Data Protection Assessments before implementing new processing activities that present heightened risk, including targeted advertising deployments and edge-based profiling algorithms.
7. Contact Information
To exercise privacy rights, users may submit a verified Data Subject Access Request via the privacy portal in application settings, or contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@aurasync.com.
